Prior to registering for our program, please check the CYO website to ensure you meet the requirements in order to participate. Athletes are required to participate in their parish boundaries or at the Catholic Academy they attend or do religious education.

TO OBTAIN YOUR CYO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (WHICH IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN CYO SPORTS), PLEASE CLICK ON THE BELOW LINK.
CYO will automatically determine the athlete's eligibility based on the information provided, including the athlete's residence, Catholic school attendance (when applicable), and approved Religious Education enrollment. There is a $15 fee to obtain your number. This fee is paid directly to the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens and is separate from the Sacred Heart registration price.
